Free standard shipping will automatically apply to retail orders:

• Over $250.00

• Do not contain spray paint or bulk items (no restrictions for Metro Perth addresses)

• Being delivered to an Australian address

We are located in Western Australia.

GST is included in our prices when shipping to an Australian address.

Unless marked Pre Order, stock offered for sale on our website is in stock and available for immediate dispatch.

Customers are responsible for any import fees, tariffs and duties that their country may apply.

If we are required to pre pay any fees on behalf of your country these must be paid for by you before your order will be shipped (currently applicable to all shipments to USA).

We process and ship orders 7 days a week.

Generally orders are completed within a few hours of receiving your order, including for Store Pickup orders.

This may be delayed on weekends, public holidays and peak periods, however we will always complete your order as fast as possible.

You will receive an emailed Shipping Confirmation or Pickup Confirmation once your order has bee completed.

Generally orders placed before noon on weekdays will be dispatched on the same business day.

We can not ship aerosol or bulky products outside of Australia. Other products can be purchased and shipping prices will be displayed at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

If you provide an incorrect address, and your order is returned to us, or we are required to pay a redirection fee, you will be responsible for covering the extra costs. Alternatively if you choose to cancel your order any costs we have incurred with be withheld from your refund.

Uncollected Orders

If your delivery was unsuccessful (ie you were not home and can not be left in a safe place) you receive information from Australia Post or other courier to collect your item from your local Post Office or collection point. Our delivery partners will return your item to us if you do not collect within 14 days. If this occurs we will be charged a return fee. Once we receive your items back we will refund your order, minus associated card fees, shipping fees and return fees.

Please contact us immediately if you need to alter or cancel an order. We will help where possible, however we often dispatch orders very soon after receiving them, so it may not always be possible to cancel your order.

If you decide to cancel your order we may have incurred some costs that we aren’t able to recoup, if so these will be withheld from your refund. Most commonly this is a small credit card processing fee.

Policy for For Online Sales
Sale items, Spray Paint, Customised Products, Books, Magazines and Gift Vouchers cannot be returned.

In addition to your statutory rights other items can be returned for a refund – we must receive the returned item within 4 weeks of the order being placed. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

If a discounted/free item has been accepted as part of your purchase these must also be returned or the original retail value of item will be withheld from your refund.

Shipping costs will not be refunded, and you will be required to pay postage costs to return the items to us. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping costs we incurred will be withheld from your refund. 

We do not exchange items, if you require a different product please place a new order.

You are welcome to drop returns to our stores. You can exchange the items when you return them, but if you would like a refund this will be done after you drop the item. Refunds can not be given instore. Refunds will be made via the same payment method that you used to place your order in a timely manner.

In addition to your statutory rights other items can be returned for a exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, in their original condition and packaging, and your original purchase receipt/tax invoice/card transaction details must be presented.
