These boards are rigid and come unprimed made from a 3mm deep Basswood panel with a solid Pine wood frame to prevent warping.

Panels are 43mm deep.

The construction and materials have been tested in a creative studio, so we could select the optimal solutions for a range of artistic techniques and materials. Tested and approved with MOLOTOW™ One4All acrylic markers and MOLOTOW™ Dripstick permanent paint squeeze markers.

The canvas is coated with 3 coats of acrylic primer to create a ready-to-use 380gsm painting surface suitable for both oils and acrylics.

The triple priming ensures the colour on the surface holds heavy colour applications without cracking and prevents seepage to the back of the canvas.

All Be Creative canvases are back stapled to allow painting around the sides for a contemporary look and can be hung without framing.

Canvases are individually shrink wrapped to protect the surface.

Thin (standard) 18mm (3/4"), kiln-dried timber stretchers.

The larger sizes are cross-braced for additional strength.
