MTN PRO Erasable Chalk Paint is a fast-drying, high opacity, water-based, matt spray paint. Developed for use for temporary markings on non-porous surfaces (construction, sporting events, film decoration, children's games, temporary decorations, etc.) and situations in which a spray paint that maybe easily removed is needed.

Resistant to manipulation. Does not produce over spray. To remove the paint, rub with a damp cloth or pressurised water.

MTN PRO Chrome Effects Paint is a spray paint that is suitable for all types of surfaces which you would like to give a chrome or metallic effect. Its finish provides a strong aesthetic impact and is suitable for craft, artistic and decorative work.

Product Characteristics

This is a paint that mimics metals with a chrome finish. This is achieved by with a leafing effect.

Leafing pigments work by floating in the paint film and are oriented horizontally to its surface. Thanks to this formula, they create the impression of a chromed surface with high reflection.

This nature of the paint means that it is not suitable for outdoor use or in circumstances where the painted object will be touched, since the effect will disappear.

For the same reason, it cannot be varnished. If you do so, it will lose its chrome effect and you will end up with a matt metallic paint finish.

Therefore, this paint is to be used indoors exclusively for decorative use.

If you require a metallic that can be touched we would recommend the WEPRO Metallic range.

CRACKLE EFFECT for the special crackle-look (e.g. for a vintage or used-look).

The colour you are purchasing below will be the top coat - the predominant colour. You can choose any colour paint as your base coat, to reveal in the cracks when the crackle colour is applied.

While the Montana product blurb indicates you must use their own paint ranges as the base coat, this is incorrect. Every time we have tried this product with different base coats it has worked perfectly. Please see a photo of our painted samples - the image with the 3 dog tags.

Base Coats:

- Molotow Premium - Top/Purple Sample

- MTN 94 Middle/Orange Sample

- Flame Blue Bottom/Burgundy Sample

Top Coat:

- EC7000 Squirrel Grey - applied 45 minutes after base coat

The new Montana CONCRETE Effect Spray is now available — perfect for creating the realistic look of raw concrete. Ideal for hobby, DIY, or creative projects. Use as a single colour, or combine multiple tones to achieve a more natural concrete effect. This spray can be used on a variety of surfaces such as wood, metal, cardboard, ceramic, stone, or pre-primed synthetic materials and also polystyrene. The concrete effect is created using a water-based acrylic formula that mimics the appearance of real concrete.

Montana CONCRETE Effect is highly adhesive and fast drying. For a more authentic look, you can blend shades such as City Hall, Pantheon, and Empire using the wet-on-wet technique, or vary the layer thickness. You can also treat the freshly applied paint with cardboard or foil to create texture variations and irregularities for a more realistic concrete look. Thanks to the CONCRETE Effect and its realistic appearance, lightweight objects can be given the appearance of being massive and heavy.

The CONCRETE Effect Spray can be top-coated and combined with Montana GOLD, Montana BLACK, Montana ACRYLIC markers, and in general customary acrylic and nitro-combi paints once fully cured. When working on non-sealed surfaces, pre-priming with a primer is recommended.

Photo-luminescent acrylic paint that is ideal for signage on evacuation routes, emergency panels, and spaces without lighting where signage is needed.

The paint is composed of pigments that charge under light in a short period of time and then glow in the dark for a long period of time.

Due to this characteristic, we recommend using it on surfaces that must be seen in the absence of light. The luminous intensity depends on the quantity and uniformity of application.

When applied on white surfaces, an optimum luminous effect is obtained. In daylight the paint is white in colour with a green/yellow tinge.

The Montana Metallic Effect Sprays bring state of the art paint technology to traditional metallic effect colors. Loaded with a Montana Standard cap, these cans provide excellent delivery and reliability under medium pressure output.

Not only are the Montana Metallic Effect colors ideal for application on functional objects such as bikes and furniture, they can also add a metallic flare to any creative or artistic project on paper, cardboard, primed canvas, wood, glass, metal, ceramics, porcelain, stone, acrylic and other paintable materials.

Made from an Acrylic-Nitro Combination base, the paint surface dries to a durable semi-gloss finish which is both hard wearing when cured (24+ hours) as well as flexible. Offering great lightfastness, the Montana Metallic Effect line can also be combined with the Montana GOLD, Montana BLACK and Montana ACRYLIC marker lines.

Montana UV-EFFECT is a transparent effect paint that is only visible under direct UV light. Able to be sprayed on nearly any substrate, the colorless and semi-gloss paint is not visible in sunlight rather illuminates when exposed to UV light with a glowing, blue-purple color.

Ideal for indoor use, the luminous spray can be a great tool not just for making art or art happenings, but also inpractical contexts such as Guerilla Marketing, night clubs, venue and property marking.

The Montana UV effect Spray can be applied to numerous substrates such as coated and uncoated screens, masonry, wood, glass and more. The UV light effect becomes more prevalent, the more coats are applied particularly when applied with a stencil.

Visibility: Due to the UV EFFECT’s semi-gloss finish, the UV EFFECT spray can be slightly visible if painted on a matt substrate.The application of a gloss varnish can be used to create an all over gloss finish which discretely hides the UV spray under one gloss coat. The UV EFFECT spray is compatible with other color and effect coatings within the MONTANA CANS range as long as total curing time has occurred. (24-48 hours). The Montana UV EFFECT spray Available in the usual 400ml can format for easy and comfortable use.

Applying in thin, multiple layers will enhance and increase the UV EFFECT sprays ability to produce a vibrant glow effect. To add durability and protection, the fully dry and cured surface can be sealed with Montana VARNISH Spray in Matt, Semi-Gloss or Gloss. Always test spray on a non-visible area to check compatibility of lacquer or paint.
