When heat-set properly, this Fabric Medium will help keep your fabrics nice and soft after being painted.

Directions: Mix Angelus 2-Soft with Angelus Acrylic Paints in a 1:1 ratio.

Apply multiple coats until you obtain full and even coverage.

Allow paint to completely dry.

Heat-set using a heatgun at 300º F for 3-5 minutes (this step is REQUIRED).

Warning: This product contains Formaldehyde, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer.

Use with proper ventilation.

The product is a quick-drying water-based varnish available in a glossy or matt finish with excellent characteristics, designed to protect and even out the finish of artistic murals, both outdoors and indoors.

Thanks to its UV filter, it significantly increases the life span of the outdoor murals exposed to the sun. Applicable with roller, brush or spray gun, it can be used on any surface that a mural has been painted on, from brick, cement and plaster to wood, stucco and natural stone.

If using to paint or print on fabric items that you want to wash, you must heat set the inks before first use. You can print on cotton and polyester. If you won't be able to heat set your item as per below instructions (ie because it will melt/burn the fabric), you can use Poly Prop Additive to make the ink air cure.

These inks are heavily pigmented for extra coverage on dark fabrics. They can be more difficult to print with that inks for light fabrics. Please see Printing Tips For Darks (.pdf) in downloads tab for extra information and printing tips.
