This groundbreaking work inspired a global graffiti movement that has thrived for over 40 years. In this new release, the talented Dutch graffiti artist Tripl reimagines and reinterprets Subway Art, creating a dialogue that honours its creators while offering a fresh perspective on graffiti as an art form.

With 92 additional pages of new images and insights, including an essay and interviews with both Martha Cooper and Tripl, Repainting Subway Art provides a comprehensive exploration of the project and its significance.
